I don't see said "wizard"?

Hi there,

Desperately in need of some help with combining my outlook 365 and my current gmail business account. All of the web pages I have read say a wizard should show up and find my gmail account, only I have not seen a wizard. We are a small business and I am the office manager and have been working on trying to get this sorted now for almost a month. Deadlines I need to complete are on the back burner as I try and set this up.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Please note, I am not a very technical person.

Where exactly are you getting stuck?

To add account in Outlook 2013, use File-> Info-> Add Account

Then all you have to do is supplying your name, email address and password and Outlook will locate the server settings based on your email address.

I am in outlook 365 it doesn't have a file tab?

Hi KrisstenC,

To specify, you are going to https://portal.office.com or https://portal.microsoftonline.com and logging in, going to Outlook and trying to do this from there?  This will not work.

The settings you are trying to use are in Outlook, that comes with Office Professional, that is installed on your workstation.  You will not be able to add your gmail account to OWA, you will only see your Office 365 account.

If you have Outlook installed on your workstation, you will see what Roady was explaining.
